How to get the most out of my ramblings

Nothing I write about is groundbreaking, new, or magical.

I take an unpopular stance when it comes to taking care of yourself, different from what social media and health influencers proclaim.

My way is obviously not the only way to approach your health. Most balk at its simplicity.

I share my experiences in hopes that something will resonate with you and change the way you look at health and happiness. Take what you find useful and apply them to improve your overall health.

Everything I’m willing to share publicly about myself, I’ve done so on this website.

Anything more personal, you’ll want to join my email list.

I’m not shy about sharing my personal life with people who want to hear from me.

I’ll share things about myself, kid, partner, siblings, third cousin, trips, work, life, and more.

Things like:

∞ My thoughts on what it’s like to give birth (my sister laughed when I told her).

∞ How it took having a baby to finally pony up money to buy a scale for the house (it’s not what you think).

∞ How hosing down my child’s butt is better than wipes (hands down).

∞ How I can’t do 10 minutes straight of any form of cardio unless I’m doing this (then I can do it for hours).

∞ Why I don’t workout for gains when I used to all the time and what changed (hardcore fitness folks don’t get this).

∞ How I’m doing the same moves every day (a fitness sin) and never get bored (yet stronger).

∞ What someone said to my face regarding my body (most would be offended, but I was utterly proud).

∞ My number one beauty product that my sister oppose of (I don’t travel without it). It should be sunscreen, but it’s not.

∞ What I think about my tenants who have 2 kids living with them (I don’t want them to read this but at the same time it’s best if they did).

∞ How a girl scout got me to buy 4 boxes of cookies when I only got $7 in my pocket (and what I learned from the little sales genius).

∞ What my mom said I should do when I wore a dress for the first time in my adult life for my brother’s wedding (I just shook my head and sighed).

∞ How I adapted the concept of reduce, reuse, and recycle to all areas of my life (my lifestyle revolves around it).

I’ve got lots more personal stories reserved for my email subscribers. I write with the intent that you get something out of it even if it’s just a giggle.

If you’re interested in knowing me through my stories, I invite you to join my email list.
